The tool used in microblading is made of very fine needles which may cause some redness on the treated area. Also, the eyebrow pigment will appear very dark after the session is complete. Both these after-effects are normal and part of the healing process. The pigment will begin to fade as it heals. You may also notice some scabbing on the microbladed area. It’s important not to pick on them and let the area heal and fade on its own, which may be anywhere between 7-15 days. Apart from this, there will be no pain experienced, neither any downtime required during the healing process.

Microbladed eyebrows once healed completely last for about 1 to 2 years for most everyone. Some may require occasional touch-ups to fix any imperfections. However, as the skin heals slowly and gradually for about a month after the procedure, the pigment is good to stay for a couple of years at least before fading out completely.
